Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds (whole)
- 1/4 cup flax meal (ground)
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. large flake oats
- 1 tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated or pressed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of oregano and thyme
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F and prepare a parchment lined baking tray.
In a large bowl mix together all of the seeds, oats and seasoning. In a liquid measuring cup, mix water and garlic together. Pour over the seed mixture and stir until well combined. Let mixture rest for 2 minutes for all the water to absorb.
Spread the seed mixture onto lined baking tray and smooth out with the back of a spoon or spatula, making it as thin as possible without holes.
If desired, sprinkle top with sea salt.
Bake for 30 minutes and then remove from oven and cut into desired shape. Flip pieces over and continue to bake for another 30 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool on tray.
Store in a sealed contained or bag at room temperature.

These are so good! And the colour is all natural and looks just as amazing in person.
These look great! Can’t wait to try. What size baking tray for the crackers?
Sorry for not stating this! Any large cookie sheet will do, or a couple of smaller ones. As long as the cracker mixture is spread out as thinly as possible, you should be good to go. Let me know how it goes
